The ACSTH package includes PCTP Module 1, LCTP Module 1 and 3 hours of mentor coaching.

PCTP Module 1 allows you to gain a strong foundation in your coaching skills in the Fundamentals of Coaching.

LCTP Module 1 teaches you how a leader can manage a team of people from diverse backgrounds with conflicting opinions to a goal they can work towards to. You will study the basis of how teams work as well as how systems are created so that you are able to analyze, critic, build and rebuild teams to higher performance and systems from all robust corporations.

This package includes 5% off PCTP Module 1 & LCTP Module 1, and includes 3 hours of 1-to-1 mentor coaching.

This package adds 60 hours of Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) and 7 hours of mentor coaching to your professional development as a coach and is a part of Executive Coach International’s Leadership Coach Training Program (LCTP) recognized by International Coach Federation (ICF), the leading global organization for coaches worldwide.

** The last session of the 3 hours of Mentor Coaching is to be completed within 3 months from the last day of LCTP Module 1.
