The LCTP Level 2 Package includes all 4 Modules, 10 hours of mentor coaching, and one attempt at the Level 2 performance evaluation — the complete pathway through Executive Coach International’s Leadership Coach Training Program (LCTP), accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), the leading global organization for coaches worldwide.
The sequence begins with PCTP 1 and concludes with LCTP 2, with PCTP 2 and LCTP 1 interchangeable in between. Price is inclusive of 9% GST.
The package includes:
- PCTP 1: Fundamentals of Coaching
- PCTP 2: Performance Coaching
- LCTP 1: Principles of Leadership Coaching
- LCTP 2: Advanced Leadership Coaching
- 10 hours of mentor coaching (7 hours in class, 3 hours 1-1 outside of class)
- 1 attempt to pass the Level 2 Performance Evaluation (to be completed within 6 months of completing the last module)
What makes this package exceptional is that a single Level 2 assessment unlocks eligibility for two ICF credentials. Once you have clocked 100 coaching hours, you may apply for your ACC certification. When you reach 500 hours, the same assessment qualifies you to apply for your PCC certification. Two internationally recognised credentials, one assessment, one continuous journey.
