This 2-day (14-hour) SkillsFuture coaching course covers the following areas:

  4. Questioning techniques for stakeholder management

Held in Singapore, this program would address the leadership skills and competencies required for managers. Moreover, it is centered around coaching practices based on achieving positive, and lasting change in behaviors for the individual and their teams.

SkillsFuture WSQ Coaching Certification

A SkillsFuture WSQ Statement of Attainment (SOA) – Stakeholder Engagement and Management HRS-HRM-3036-1.1. and Certification of Completion by Executive Coach International with 8 ICF Continuing Education Units will be awarded to candidates who have demonstrated competency in the “Practical Coaching Skills to Manage Stakeholders” course assessment and achieved at least 75% attendance.

WSQ Assessment and Certification

Participants who attend at least 75% of the coaching course and are assessed as “Competent” will receive a Statement of Attainment (SOA) from SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). Participants who do not pass the initial assessment will be required to pay the full course fee, as they will not be eligible for the training grant. However, if you are assessed as “Not Yet Competent,” you have the option to appeal this decision. Appeals must be submitted in writing to coachingadmin@liveyourmark.com within seven days from the assessment date, accompanied by an appeal fee of $50.

Course Prerequisites

  • This SkillsFuture coaching course is open to individuals aged 21 years old and above
  • Learners must have passed at least one GCE O Level subject
  • Able to read, listen and speak English at a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System (ESS) Literacy Level 6
  • Able to count with a proficiency equivalent to Employability Skills System (ESS) numeracy Level 6
  • Basic computer knowledge

In-person classroom learning mode: SkillsFuture trainees will need to bring their own laptops for the course

Online-classroom coaching mode: Personal computer, stable internet connection of at least 10mbps, webcam, microphone, video conferencing platform

WSQ Course Registration and Course Confirmation/Cancellation

Register for our SkillsFuture-accredited coaching in Singapore at least seven days prior to the workshop start date to ensure your spot. Note that your enrollment will only be confirmed via email once you’ve secured full payment for the course.

Please note that Executive Coach International Pte Ltd reserves the right to postpone or cancel any workshop due to an insufficient number of participants or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified via a cancellation email at least seven days before the scheduled start date.

For any cancellations, participants must notify us in writing at least 14 days before the coaching workshop begins. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start date will incur a charge of 50% of the full course fee. If cancellation occurs less than 5 days before the workshop, the full course fee will be charged.

A Master Certified Coach under the International Coach Federation, Wei Ping has coached over 1,200+ high performers and leaders, in corporate and business, to achieve the results that they wanted at work and business. Through her SkillsFuture coaching courses and other training programs, she has helped triple sales income, create effective work culture and increase the performance of teams. She has facilitated certified coaching programs for directors and senior managers in Fortune 500 companies and public sectors to create effective teams through improved communications. Apart from coaching professionals and high performers, she has helped many families, who were distant, to bond better with one another and create happier relationships.

Seow Yan Yi

Yan Yi started his career in Silicon Valley and was previously engineer no. 2 at fintech startup Xfers. Over the course of 4 years, the team grew from a 5 person outfit working out of a condo apartment to 100+ people in multiple countries. Yan Yi rose through the ranks to become Engineering Manager of its core transactions platform, managing engineers from Singapore, Indonesia and Vietnam.

He decided that being only a square and nerdy engineer wasn’t going to cut it in his life. Yan Yi also wanted to have deeper connections between his engineering work, personal relationships and being a leader. He wanted to be his strongest and truest self, and make an impact on the world.

Since 2016, Yan Yi has been actively working in human developmental work and leadership coaching in Singapore, organizing events and volunteering for coaching-related causes. To date, Yan Yi has reached out to more than 300 people through the training events and SkillsFuture coaching courses he organized.

Today, Yan Yi runs a coaching business full-time to help people grow beyond technical skills so they can communicate and lead effectively. His clients appreciate him for his insightful observations, safe space, and stand for their growth.
