Professional & Leadership Coach Training Program

Details of coaching training program schedules for both Professional and Leadership Coach Training Program:

Module 1

Module 1 aims to enhance your coaching portfolio with 30 hours of approved coach specific training and 3 hours of mentor coaching.

The total coaching hours for Module 1 are distributed as follows:

September 2024 August 31 – September 1, September 7-8 (Saturday – Sunday) 9.00am – 6.30pm
November 2024 November 16-17, November 30 – December 1 (Saturday – Sunday) 9.00am – 6.30pm

Founded in 2004 by Kelvin Lim, Executive Coach International (ECI) stands as Singapore’s longest standing coaching academy, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Our ICF-accredited coaching in Singapore has enabled over 95% of clients to achieve their goals, earning us numerous awards, like the Promising SME 500 Awards in 2014 from the Small Medium Business Association (SMBA) in Singapore.

Kelvin Lim

FOUNDER / PRINCIPAL COACH

After receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration from Monash University and a Master of Business Administration from Aldersgate University, he dove into the corporate coaching world in the 1990s. Achieving the status of Southeast Asia’s first certified Master Coach in 2005, his qualifications were honed under the guidance of ICF founder Thomas Leonard. He’s also taught at Coach and Corporate Coach Universities and trained over 40 internationally accredited coaches, including high-profile executives and key public figures.

Julia Ng

LEAD TRAINER


Before diving into coaching in 2003, Julia Ng spent 15 years as a sought-after branding and design consultant, shaping corporate identities for various companies. She quickly became a foundational figure at Executive Coach International, taking on the roles of Senior Coach and Program Leader since the company’s inception in 2004. Certified by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Julia has guided over 1,000 professionals, including business owners and top executives. Her coaching method uniquely merges her design savvy with her coaching expertise, creating a comprehensive strategy for personal and professional brand development.

Wei Ping

LEAD TRAINER


After seven successful years in banking, where she consistently ranked among the top performers, Wei Ping shifted to coaching in 2011, driven to help others achieve transformative life changes. Her quick mastery of coaching theory and application led to a rapid rise at Executive Coach International, becoming a coach trainer within just two years. As a Master Certified Coach (MCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation, Wei Ping has dedicated over 3,500 hours to coaching more than 600 clients and 2,000 hours to training coaches, helping them achieve significant professional and corporate growth.

Upon completion of the coaching training program, will I be ICF-certified?
