In this module, you will also be able to conduct the fundamental coaching sequence necessary to lead people into the clarity of their purpose and future as leaders. These coaching stages are proprietary training methods used by Executive Coach International Pte Ltd (ECI).
This package adds 31 hours of Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) and 4 hours of mentor coaching to your professional development as a coach and is a part of Executive Coach International’s Leadership Coach Training Program (LCTP) recognized by International Coach Federation (ICF), the leading global organization for coaches worldwide.
