After receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration from Monash University and a Master of Business Administration from Aldersgate University, he dove into the corporate coaching world in the 1990s. Achieving the status of Southeast Asia’s first certified Master Coach in 2005, his qualifications were honed under the guidance of ICF founder Thomas Leonard. He’s also taught at Coach and Corporate Coach Universities and trained over 40 internationally accredited coaches, including high-profile executives and key public figures.

Julia Ng

LEAD TRAINER


Before diving into coaching in 2003, Julia Ng spent 15 years as a sought-after branding and design consultant, shaping corporate identities for various companies. She quickly became a foundational figure at Executive Coach International, taking on the roles of Senior Coach and Program Leader since the company’s inception in 2004. Certified by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Julia has guided over 1,000 professionals, including business owners and top executives. Her coaching method uniquely merges her design savvy with her coaching expertise, creating a comprehensive strategy for personal and professional brand development.

After seven successful years in banking, where she consistently ranked among the top performers, Wei Ping shifted to coaching in 2011, driven to help others achieve transformative life changes. Her quick mastery of coaching theory and application led to a rapid rise at Executive Coach International, becoming a coach trainer within just two years. As a Master Certified Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation, Wei Ping has dedicated over 1,600 hours to coaching more than 400 clients and 1,500 hours to training coaches, helping them achieve significant professional and corporate growth.
