After receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration from Monash University and a Master of Business Administration from Aldersgate University, he dove into the corporate coaching world in the 1990s. Achieving the status of Southeast Asia’s first certified Master Coach in 2005, his qualifications were honed under the guidance of ICF founder Thomas Leonard. He’s also taught at Coach and Corporate Coach Universities and trained over 40 internationally accredited coaches, including high-profile executives and key public figures.

Certified by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Julia has guided over 1,000 professionals, including business owners and top executives.
